Our role is solely to refer you to Service Providers that meet our standards. We do not charge fees for referrals or services provided by third-party Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that any engagement with Service Providers is solely between you and the Service Provider.

2. Hold Harmless Agreement
​By using our Services, you agree to hold harmless GuardSafe Solutions and its affiliates, agents, employees, and contractors from any claims, complaints, liabilities, damages, or issues that may arise as a result of your engagement with any of our recommended Service Providers, their products, services, or any other activities related to the referral. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to quality of service, performance, accidents, damages, or financial loss.

3. Communications from GuardSafe Solutions
You agree to receive emails, SMS messages, or other forms of communication from GuardSafe Solutions. These communications may include, but are not limited to, updates about our Services, special offers, promotions, and other relevant information. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message.
4. Limited Time Offers
GuardSafe Solutions may negotiate exclusive offers and discounts with third-party vendors or Service Providers. These offers may be limited time only and are subject to availability. You agree to hold harmless GuardSafe Solutions if you do not act on any offer within 30 days of receipt. We cannot guarantee the availability, terms, or pricing of any offer after this 30-day period has passed.
5. Not an Agent or Affiliate
GuardSafe Solutions is not acting as an agent, affiliate, or employee of any of the third-party products or services we refer you to. We are a consumer service, providing information, reviews, and recommendations about best-in-class products and services. We negotiate special deals or discounts on behalf of consumers and pass these offers along to you. 6. Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, the failure or negligence of any third-party contractors in the execution of their services. You acknowledge that GuardSafe Solutions shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or issues arising from the actions or inactions of third-party Service Providers or their representatives.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which GuardSafe Solutions operates. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
